The Northern Nevada Football Officials Association holds several mandatory meetings during the year to discuss a variety of football-related issues — starting with the annual rules clinic, which is usually held in the latter part of July. Information pertaining to our upcoming clinic is available here.

The next formal membership meeting is scheduled during the second week of August and is the NNFOA's official test date. Prior to the test, each crew chief will provide a list of study session dates/times. These are not mandatory, but they are highly recommended. All members are expected to attend at least one meeting, preferably with their assigned crew. Understandably, scheduling conflicts do arise, and anyone is welcome to any session. However, due to occasionally limited seating arrangements, members attending their crew chief's study session(s) are given preference, and any member of another crew is advised to contact the crew chief prior to arriving.

Following the test date, the association meets four times during the season. All meetings — including the test meeting — begin promptly at 7 p.m. and are held at Damonte Ranch High School, located at 10500 Rio Wrangler Pkwy. in Reno.
